Illinois Nails spa

Meh. I tried them a while back, didn't love it, but I decided to try again. Same thing. They say they do appointments, but they don't honor your appt time whatsoever. Not friendly. Not comfortable. I can get a mediocre mani elsewhere, thanks.

don’t go here! Worst service ever, nail technician kept yanking at my hand “owner” came up and said it’s because she’s tired. Sorry not a sorry excuse to do that to someone I’m a business owner of a cleaning service and even when I’m exhausted I don’t treat people that way nails came off already cheap material and terrible service

I always have such a great experience here, Helen did such an amazing job on getting my nails wedding ready!!! Not only that she made my nail experience not boring at all she was fast, super friendly, and chatted with me the whole time!! Thank you so much Helen!!

I asked for no cheap manicure. She said she can do it the first time I was there. I was so happy. She did such a bad job the manicure less for two days.

The worst..... my no chip was super thick. My 4 year granddaughter can do better with polish. They look terrible! The technician didn't even moisturize my hands. She said "your done". Definitely not a spa. On my way to another nail salon to have this no chip removed. It is the worst no chip I have ever gotten.
