SEPHORA at Kohl's

So very disheartened, went to Sephora in the South Bay galleria Redondo Beach, I was there good approximately 30 minutes 9 minutes of which I was completely ignored or even looked at by the staff , after several turns in the aisle I finally found what I was looking for with no help from any sales associate. There were about 4 that I counted store was empty aside from one other customer. Never asked did I need help or are you finding everything ok. I don’t want to say it’s discrimination but I went through this same experience at Sephora Del Amo mall. I from now on I will be taking my business to ULTA BEAUTY !! Thank you Sephora for opening my eyes again to feeling discriminated upon… never again!!!

Tried to go in today to get a brand new makeup routine, wanted to start completely fresh with new products. I was the only person in the store and the associate there was completely unhelpful. didn’t ask if i was looking for anything and even when approached she again offered Zero help. it was a terrible experience and makes me think i should’ve stuck with mac.

Returned items and bought new ones, but they refused to process it as an exchange. Instead, they gave me store credit and didn’t refund the difference to my card. I was told they can’t exchange unless it’s the exact same product, which makes no sense. The experience was confusing, and it felt like she made it confusing on purpose to leave me with store credit. Very unprofessional. The customer before me also had issues with her. I don’t know her name, but she was not honest or professional. I hope management addresses this.

I just want to thank Angela for being soo incredibly nice and helpful! It’s my birthday and I just had a bad experience at Ulta so I came here and was helped right away! Super sweet and helpful definitely made my day definitely will be coming back (:

Dear Sephora Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had yesterday, September 14th, 2024, at the Sephora inside Kohl's located at 1799 Hawthorne Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. As a regular customer of Sephora, both online and in-store, I was deeply offended by what I believe was clear racial profiling. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by three staff members. I politely smiled back and continued browsing, minding my own business. However, all three staff members promptly disappeared, leaving only one woman who proceeded to closely monitor my every move. Shortly after, a tall man wearing a red jacket with "Loss Prevention" written on it entered the store. He, too, began to intently watch me as I shopped and added items to my basket,
