SEPHORA at Kohl's

Erika was very rude and dismissive multiple times I've gone in. I always try to be very nice & understanding in these situations, but its happened multiple times and she makes me feel bad for asking for help or even just browsing! super disappointed.

The employee behind the desk was rude and overall ruined the experience. My sister went in for her birthday gift and the lady shrugged it off and gave the vibe that we were unwelcome. The ulta across the street has 10,000x better customer service.

Went to Sephora the other day and the employee was very nice. Greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance or help with looking for anything particular. Excited for this new Sephora opening in town, I no longer have to order online and wait for it to come in the mail! They have lots of goods here, bigger than what I had expected!

The staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and able to explain recommendations and their own experiences in a way that is warm and welcoming. You will find a decent fragrance collection here, especially in men's fragrances too! Over the course of every visit a sales rep has been able to very quickly and accurately locate stock items for me or help me make selections. It's also so fun just to see all the different options out there and try some new things too. There are constantly new products and gift sets which makes this the perfect place to visit when shopping for yourself or finding something nice for others. I highly recommend the Sephora rose quartz roller and the Tarte eyelash curler- I keep these with me everywhere I go now. I really appreciate their luxury fragrances I alwa
