SEPHORA at Kohl's

I went to get a product in this store and the young lady didn’t seem to care when she was helping me find what I needed. She kept stopping and helping other customers like I did not mean anything and walked away to help one customer that another lady was helping without letting me make a decision on what item best fit my needs. I felt disrespected and left the item and walked away. Seems she is discriminating against who she helps that’s how I felt. Will not recommend this location to anyone. The branch at the veranda have much polite staff. Never have I ever felt like this in a Sephora store. These behaviors needs to be addressed.

I was shopping at kohls when I saw that Sephora had products 50% off, they explained that they were matching Ulta’s prices. I asked about the products and they told me that I should check the stickers. I found a clinic foundation that had the 50% off sticker, I even tried it on to make sure it was my shade. When I was going to pay they said that those were not on sale anymore because the sale ended up yesterday. So basically she took the sticker and said ups our bad. Of course I went to Ulta after that.

Anna belle was so helpful here! She stayed with me and helped me find the perfect foundation. She was so helpful and friendly, I really appreciate her customer service!! Came again and Annabelle was amazing again. So kind and professional.

I went to this store about a week ago and was looking for a full coverage foundation and powder and the lady who was helping me and just could not match my skin tone and after several tries I left out of frustration. I then remembered that Sephora is supposed to have a matching thing on their app and is guaranteed match so what's up with that?

Went only to do an Amazon return Great experience. Very helpful staff. On the way over, noticed that the clothing is at par with target or Kmart. More affordable.
