I can honestly say that my experience with Jayla was my best ever!! She’s a great listener, very informative, collaborative, friendly, kind and reassuring. She obviously loves what she does, and loves making people feel their best. She’s a ray of sunshine! And her skills are top-notch!! She has great technique and an excellent aesthetic eye. After seeing someone in the city for Botox and injectables for many years, and taking a break while I was pregnant, I’m so happy to have finally found Jayla out here in the East Bay. She does such amazing work and always makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate her soft, natural approach to Botox and that she never pressures me to do anything I don’t want to. Jayla is also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and has is helping me get on the right regimen for my extremely dry skin. The entire staff at Skin Science in Pleasant Hill is lovely and so welcoming. I highly recommend Skin Science. Especially Jayla!

This was my first time visiting a medspa and I will say I was very nervous for my first appointment. But, when I walked in I was greeted cheerfully right away by the front office staff and the nerves were gone. I had a consultation and a small same day procedure by Nicole who was amazing, so knowledgable, explained everything clearly and gave her recommendations in a way I could understand. I left feeling incredibly confident that I was in good hands. Great vibes all around, highly recommend!! Especially if you're like me and arent good at decision making, this one is easy, SkinScience is fantastic. 😊
