Annoyed and frustrated!!! This Sephora location is my go to whenever I’m in Bergen Mall but today I’m beyond irritated & humiliated! The sales lady and she said is also the manager Rebecca Aguirre treated me like a low life scammer and wasted my time for 15 mins repeatedly giving me a hard time to replace a faulty waterproof pencil that I purchased on 12/9/24 which I brought with me to show her. This pencil only cost $12 but the fact that it is faulty & non usable should be reason enough for replacement (detachable end of pencil got stuck on the pencil cover preventing me from putting back the cover after use within 2 weeks of use. Without the cover, the ink of the pencil eventually weakened and started breaking and the color not as dark Tiramisu #12) Rebecca asked for my email, both home

Beyond pissed off ! I waited a long line , when I got to the front I asked one of the cashiers if they had an item in the back . She says yes and tells me and my daughter to stand on the side while they pick it up for us . Finally after waiting 10 mins she keeps taking more customers when I asked her if she was going to ring us up she tells me she has to take the whole line first then ring us up!!! I was so upset I just walked off . Never going back to this location .

Kevin is the best! I knew absolutely nothing about make up and he helped me choose the right colors and products. He even took the time to show me how to properly apply each product I bought. He did not try to sell me things that i didn't need. I will definitely be back.
