SEPHORA at Kohl's

It’s not a real Sephora. Don’t buy anything or try to return anything here. I just wasted 35 minutes getting here, waiting in line and trying to do return from another Sephora location. She wouldn’t let me do it, as they are not a true Sephora. And it’s inside Kohl’s. So you have to deal with the foot traffic of a department store that isn’t great.

It had everything I was looking for but I will say the testers are difficult to use or are damaged heavily.

The manager Evelyn is a terrible manager. Her ignorance and incompetence makes me not want to shop at this location again. She had a terrible attitude I had a 10% coupon from returning an item at the kohl’s location. She made a huge deal about a 10% coupon. 10% like your getting a free item smh. Don’t waste your money at this location it’s a bootleg Sephora ran by a ghetto staff member.

I frequent Sephora often. I buy my skin care regiment there, it’s NOT cheap. However, The last few times I’ve been there I had to encounter the sales associate Julie. Very rude, I kind of feel that there’s some type of racist undertone. See, my money spends elsewhere. So, going forward I will go to Macy’s and figure out a new skincare regimen or maybe they may have same products that I buy at Sephora. But I’m not going back there be brushed off and disrespected when asking a question. In the form of just looking at me and walking away. Shame on you Sephora for hiring such people.

Every single time I shop at this location I get home and see that something I bought has already been used. They also only ever have one person working and the line at the register was 3 people deep while the one lonely worker was on the floor helping a customer. I will NEVER shop here again.
