SEPHORA at Kohl's

First time at a sephora and the woman helped me find my shade of concealer for my skin type and had me take some samples home to try. Made an online order today! I'll be back to sample blush and lip gloss.

Will never return. I was appalled at the way i was treated by the manager. I was sold a rare beauty blush that somebody swapped out with a nyx lipstick and didn’t notice until i opened it at home. When i tried to go back to GET WHAT I PAID FOR, the manager just went “mmm we don’t even sell nyx I can’t do anything for you”.. well that’s funny because it was sold to ME. I had the receipt too that she would not even look at. I also have rogue beauty status on the Sephora app I would not steal a $20 blush. After this whole ordeal i will never go back to Sephora not necessarily because I couldn’t exchange my faulty product, but because of the attitude of management after I was the one who was scammed by them.

I went in today 6/30 needing a nice skin tint with SPF. The employee working the sephora counter was absolutely amazing and was so helpful with finding my perfect shade. I walked out with the perfect Ilia tint exactly what I was looking for. I didn't catch their name but thank you!!!

Really Kohl’s! You had one job and you messed up big time. this is not a Sephora I have been to other Sephoras in Kohl’s. And they’re way nicer and bigger… you people only have one foundation station! Seriously this town is a joke
