SEPHORA at Kohl's

i walked in and had 3 works immediately walked to were i was looking and watch me like if i were there to steal finally one of them asked me if i needed help i said yes. So then i asked her a couple questions and then to the ones she didn’t know the awnser she asked another girl but the other girl was extremely snotty the whole time i felt uncomfortable everytime i ask something the girls would awnser with such a rude tone i understand holidays are retail is extra causes with shoplifters but i wasn’t there to steal i was there to buy products i needed that i couldn’t buy at ulta and get some gifts instead i looked as fast as i could and walked out with less items then i wanted to buy. the 2 girls at the register were extremely sweet and i would rather have them helped me on the floor :/ th

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Clearly, the woman behind the counter felt as though we were beneath her and got really snotty when asking her a basic question. Hope she has fun working retail the rest of her life as her attitude certainly won’t move her very far from it.

The lady at this store opening day when I went on the 11th was nothing short of amazing and kind and super helpful. The manager letting us in dispute the doors not being unlocked yet was a bundle of joy too! Loves shopping here before having a big day of travel ahead of me. Thank you so much! Loved every bit of it!

Wow, some real personality disorders working at this Sephora, its almost like they don't want customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to Ulta.

The store was fine as usual but the lady working was rude. I've had far better service perviously. So 3 stars!
