SEPHORA at Kohl's

Staff were very knowledgeable about new and older products. It was my first time to this location and I was able to get quite a bit of items I would usually have to go to a full store of Sephora's to obtain. Happy with my purchase.

I like this location but I don’t enjoy going inside Kohls because those employees have completely given up on presenting an organized environment. It’s a tornado. Sephora’s portion of the store is always friendly, clean, and tidy. It’s a stark difference between businesses. If I worked at Sephora, I’d go crazy. So high reviews for them, but I just don’t like the location. It’s just a personal preference.

Worst experience ever in my last two visits. I’ve had was exceptional customer service before that. I asked for two samples of a foundation and she didn’t put enough product for me to try at home. Typically they give you enough to try a full face of foundation at home to see how it works with other products, but the anount didn’t even cover one cheek. Maybe she did it because this is the second time I’ve asked for samples, but I already purchased three foundations which are expensive and not my exact shade. Is there anything wrong in wanting to find my correct shade before purchasing another full size bottle?

Disappointed with the service. My order was canceled despite it being the last item in stock, and the discount I applied cannot be reused. This is frustrating and unprofessional. A better system should be in place to honor confirmed purchases. Poor customer service.
