Had a deep tissue massage done, and WOW! I've never had a massage that left me feeling absolutely amazing, and Denise is such an amazing woman! Will definitely be going back.

I've been to Denise a few times when I have a minor injury or muscle tightness and I feel like she really knows what she's doing. I've been to a couple other massage places and I feel like the masseuse is distracted or just punching a clock. Denise is there to repair me. I've had her help me with wrist, shoulder, hip, and quad. I got a deep tissue/sports massage... it definitely hurt at some moments because she uses trigger points. But my range of motion now is not even comparable to what it was before I saw Denise! It is so worth it. I could literally feel my muscles releasing tension. She is very cognizant about not staying on one area for too long to limit discomfort.
