SEPHORA at Kohl's

Ashley is the very best. Helped me pick out like five makeup items for my wedding. So knowledgeable honest and patient. She was by herself in the store and helped 4 customers from 8:30 to 9 🤣 She helped me pick out brow colors, extensively discussed shadows, waterproofing makeup, setting sprays and recommended an affordable lipstick. She’s super considerate and listened to my needs and was not pushy, but genuinely wanted to help. Helped sanitize makeup and try on a million colors, and was super patient. She def made my night and this Sephora is lucky to have her as an employee! All star for sure :):):) I am so glad I came here tonight and met her, I got all the makeup I need for my wedding 💖

Shoutout to the workers at Sephora! They were so sweet and helped me so much. I had to find a lip balm for my friend to surprise her and it was out on the floor. I hate asking employees to check in the back but they did it with no hesitation and I was able to secure the items I needed. Give these ladies a raise!

I am highly disappointed in the customer service at sephora at Kohls. The employee was kind enough, but the policy is horrible. I was double charged for my purchase which is easily proven with my digital account, yet they refuse to issue me a refund. The only option is to dispute the charge through my bank, resulting in my funds being tied up for 45+ days, granted they issue the refund after the claim. This is beyond unacceptable. The employee knew the pinpad was defective and not working properly, but still had me use it. When I returned to the store 2 days later to clear things up, the same employee refused to even look at my account because "Sephora doesn't issue refunds." Same customer service number with BACK to BACK identical price. AND on my bank statement the charges are 1 minute a

I never shop at Sephora. My daughter wanted a certain perfume, and I asked Jen that worked there, and she was so accomidating, helpful, and nice! Very great customer service! Thank you Jen for making my experience.
