SEPHORA at Kohl's

I've gone to this (Sephora) location MULTIPLE different times where it says they have a product fully in stock at the store and I go in and they don't know where it is or it's in the back and they say they're "not allowed" to get it. Even though if you go on their website you can place a buy online pickup in-store order for that exact item. Always ends up being a waste of time going here over the standalone Sephora.

I bought a perfume from Sephora, but I lost the spray part. I went back to a Sephora store and asked if they could help me. They said they couldn’t. At the very least, they could have offered a small travel spray so I could continue using the perfume. As a customer, this was a very bad experience and felt unsafe. I will never purchase any product from Sephora again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service from Trish. I was asked if I needed help after standing for a bit. I replied yes that I just needed back-stock checked for a cream that I had already confirmed was in stock online. She proceeded to tell that she’d tend to me once she was done with something else. (Why ask if I need help if you aren’t available to help me in that moment?) In addition, she gave me attitude and said that they likely didn’t have what I needed in stock because they have so much theft at their store. I worked in cosmetic sales for years and couldn’t imagine treating a customer with this kind of attitude. Will not be returning to this location.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by an associate named Mary during my recent visit on 01/04/25 at store 0967(Loveland) From the moment I walked in, Mary’s kindness and graciousness stood out. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and genuinely cared for. Despite being the only associate on the floor, she seamlessly managed to acknowledge every customer who entered while still giving me her full attention. Mary’s knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive, and her ability to balance so much at once was remarkable. On a personal note, I’ve had a very difficult past year, and Mary’s warmth and positivity were a light I didn’t know I needed. She made me feel seen in a way that few people do. Spent some time there looking for cologne with my son. We got a great deal with the current discount and had friendly and helpful service from Mary. She was knowledgeable when we asked for help but gave us plenty of time to try different scents when we first got there and said we were just browsing.
