SEPHORA at Kohl's

I didn’t want to even write this review but what happened really rubbed me the wrong way. I was in there a couple weeks ago to get some pre-wedding makeup and I asked an associate for assistance and she did come help me for about 5 minutes, said she was going to check availability of something in the computer and then left. Like I saw her take her bag and jacket and leave. I don’t know if she was done for the day or just going on break but it was really rude. If she told me she needed to break or leave I would have totally understood. Even if she didn’t say anything but tapped in another employee to help me before she left I would have been totally fine with that. I ended up leaving and spending the money I would have spent here at Ulta down the street where I was immediately greeted and h

Horrible customer service. I asked the lady for help and with her being the only one there I patiently waited. Another guy asked her for help after me and she went to help him acting like I never asked for help. Until I asked her again “are you going to help me” she finally came over to help. Mind you I have 2 kids with me who are touching everything and she chose not to help me rather she went and helped a guy instead and pretend like I wasn’t there.

If i could leave a ZERO i would. This young lady working the counter told me all the MONEY I had was fake, but when I went to to the bank to deposit it afterwards....guess what EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR I HAD WAS REAL. They made me and my children feel like criminals. They scrubbed so hard on my money and flat out told me that it was counterfeit but I'm sure they know more then the Bank ATM at sephora. One person working with 20 people in the store. When the manager came over again made me feel like a criminal. I love KOHLS But I will never shop at that Sephora again on my life. Terrible experience from beginning to end. This is the first Sephora I have ever visited with the worst customer service. Every Sephora I have ever visited has always had the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. I honestly do not know what is going on at this Levittown location. I went in today to purchase several items and asked the young salesgirl at the register if she could help me. She smugly asked me what she could help me with. I asked her for help at the Ilia makeup section and she agreed to meet me there once her co-worker returned to man the register.
