SEPHORA at Kohl's

Double-check the prices because when I was about to buy something at Sephora, it showed $35.00, and they said it wasn't the right price. However, they said they restocked it, so just be careful with that, especially during the holidays.

I had so much fun in Sephora at blue diamond today. Draya helped me decide between 2 products (it was excellent choice) she showed me other things I asked about. She was proffesional and friendly. Such a pleasant personality . I never have fun at my other Sephora. That other Sephora judge you by looks (I’m older)and I asked where was the ysl products that I wear and they lead me to a cheaper brand .they shouldnt profile people. If I asked about and named what I wear ,that’s what I want. This Sephora in kohls shows your every price point and the good and not so good about the product for your age and skin type . Thats exactly what people want ! This is what a Sephora store should be ,for all ages . Kindness and attention to your needs is priceless and worth my loyalty . Thank you Draya

Horrible customer service on 5/4/24. I asked for help so I could make a purchase and the employee said “Oh sorry, I’m on my lunch break” and walked away. No other employee was around to help, so I left and won’t be back. Please train your employees

WORST customer service! Been here twice and it’s the same. As small as the location is and as many employees they have working, it’s ridiculous that I have to ask someone to ring me up. Shame on me for going back again, will not be going back again.
