SEPHORA at Kohl's

I really love coming to the Sephora because it’s the only one nearby, and I always get greeted. I’m always asked if I need help. But I went there recently with my siblings and their girlfriends to buy perfume, and the employees kept asking if I was going to buy anything or if I needed anything else after I had just purchased something. Then they kept trying to get my siblings to check out, even though we weren’t done. We told them we didn’t need anything. It just felt like they wanted us out of there when we were just sampling things, even after we told them multiple times that we were still looking. They didn’t really welcome us the way I anticipated.

i came in today with my younger sister and jessica was kind enough to help us find a hair product suited for our hair texture! she gave up multiple recommendations and was so sweet! i will absolutely be coming back thanks to her!

Was not impressed. I walked in no one greeted me or acknowledged me. I asked for assistance as there are hundreds of commands I know nothing about them. Totally rude. Never will I go there again.

My experience yesterday in Sephora for the first time was not a great experience at all. From the moment I walked in, no asked if I needed assistance which I did. The whole maybe 30 minutes I was there I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Instead the workers held conversation with one another. One worker past me two times just to greet another customer. The young girls there have horrible customer service which needs some attention. So I put everything back and just walked out. I wouldn't rather go to another store in a different city then this one.

I went at around 6:30 to this Sephora location to buy a select few items and was then greeted by Mandy. Mandy was very knowledgeable about each product I asked her about and made my experience a wonderful one. She was incredibly nice and had incredible customer service skills. She introduced me to a multitude of different products that I will 100% be purchasing in the near future. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and I will most definitely be returning to this location.
