SEPHORA at Kohl's

Sephora employee was very VERY knowledgeable!!! Ladies and gents if you ever need advice on what products will best suit YOU, please I beg of you to come to this location! I went in with a semi-done makeup bag looking for the products I was missing and he was very patient and has so much experience with different products and they are not commission paid so he is GENUINELY giving good advice on products needed!

Kev is great! Every time I go to this Sephora he is always so knowledgeable and helpful! Ive bought 2 items that I absolutely love based off of his recommendations.

The lady checking me out didn’t even ask if I wanted to create a rewards account, she just shoved the tablet in my hands for me to enter my info in and said nothing to me.

Went to Sephora on Black Friday of all days, but to my surprise, I was able to get in and out quickly and smoothly. Moriah Brooks was a sweetheart. She took time with me even though I changed my mind a couple of times. She was very nice and kept that kind smile from start to finish. I love the fragrances she suggested! Great customer service!

I was perusing the Sephora and decided I wanted to buy some new products! Kev and Anitra were awesome. Honestly I’m always skeptic but both of their makeup looks were really good! That did draw me in! Big props to these two employees. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful!
