For my first time coming in, I truly enjoyed my experience here. Priscilla was extremely helpful and took the time to help me better understand my account, as well as assist me with purchasing a wax pass. My wax specialist, Danielle/Ellie, made me feel very comfortable and shared helpful knowledge about certain products. She was just as wonderful. Overall, the entire visit was a great experience, and I will definitely be back.

Antoinette is lovely! I visited this location for the first time and was so impressed. The facility was clean and the process was quick. Antoinette was clearly an expert and she explained how brows are shaped and even how to fill them in. I booked another appointment at checkout because of how great of an experience it was!

The front desk staff is always smiling and professional. Ive been coming here for about 3 months now and Leslie is so personable and knowledgeable. She makes it a great experience by walking through every step and making sure I am comfortable and leave happy. She has an amazing personality.

Heather was so lovely to work with. She explained the full process of what to expect. I had an eyebrow wax with her and then tried a Brazilian.. I couldn't handle the Brazilian and tapped out halfway through and she was very patient with me, understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all for not being able to handle the pain.

I wish I could give her a 10 because she’s absolutely amazing. She’s so pleasant and always has a positive attitude and smiling. She engages with conversation to make it smooth experience and it also relaxes me during my wax. She’s also gentle too. Heather is just amazing and I’m glad i got her. 💜💜
