SEPHORA at Kohl's

Giving zero stars would be more accurate, Horrible customer service and they have every swatch possible for every product they have, but you can’t buy any of those products because they’re not in stock. As a professional makeup artist when I shop, I expect things to be at a higher standard than this, so I’m not wasting my time, To add onto that, I’m also getting married tomorrow and was shopping for personal make up for myself and not for work. After calling Kohl’s to let them know about my experience in their Sephora location, the Kohl’s manager decided it was appropriate to hang up on me. Absolutely not okay, This location needs to do better and more ways than one.

This store has one of the nicest staff. I had the pleasure of getting help from Maddy. I was looking for a product and I couldn’t remember the name of it but described what it looked like and Maddy found it for me right away. She even gave me a sample of it because I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend the money on it. She was supper sweet for helping me figure out the product.

Staff always has positive energy and vibes , a middle age lady that works there with short hair literally always having a positive attitude! (She needs an raiseeee) I come here often and they make it very easy to shop and give recommendations

I took my daughter to get make up and the sales associate named Morgan Robertson was there to help my daughter out and had so much experience in detail of what my daughter needed she took her time to help her and purchase the right make up needed for her skin type and made my daughter happy. We at first had a bad experience with the first associate not very professional. Will be definitely going back to purchase more due to its Robertsons professionalism and help and knowledge of the make up in your store. She went above and beyond I think so what is super nice?

I went to this store to return a product purchased at another location. After waiting for over 15 minutes (with only one person in line in front of me) The return was refused because the original purchase was at a stand alone Sephora and they are on a different system than the Sephoras located inside other stores. This is a totally unacceptable. Sephora purchases should be returnable at ANY Sephora location. I will not be purchasing from them again.
