SEPHORA at Kohl's

Finally, decided to spend a Mother's Day gift card. I originally went in looking for a moisturizer there were plenty of great choices. But, let's face I wanted my 50 dollars to stretch not spend it on 1 moisturizer. I chose Fenty lip oil, Sephora gloss & face cleaning wipes and the last Phlur sample set(Thank You!!🙌🏽) . I was eyeballing the Glow Recipe Cloud Moisture Cream. Vicky saw my pain and gave me a sample to try at home.I told her my skin was breakout free and "needed just a moisturizer" but wanted to test first. She was so helpful along with Tracey and Ms. Ali. I will be back for "Perfect" and a Phlur Vanilla Skin.

This is the second time I’ve given this Sephora a chance and it’s the last. Not acknowledged needed help had to ask an associate a question and the response when they were out of a color I wanted was oh we rarely get that in anymore and walked away without suggesting something else. Done with this dumpy Sephora

Found what I was lookin for but was not asked if I needed any bit of help, the two ladies 1 light skin and 1 caucasian, We’re not doing anything but walking around putting samples on each other. People needed help but they just kept going around like they were a customer instead of working

I went to this store yesterday afternoon The associate ( kathy or cary forgot her name) was very helpful. She is a great customer service

I received excellent customer service and was very pleased with the help Jenny provided me with today. I left very happy and will be returning here to shop for my beauty needs. Update: I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. The employees were not very welcoming and whenever I asked for help, I did not receive it. I will not be returning here. Update #2: I was very please to be helped by Vicky! She is an absolute charm! Helped me find the perfect foundation shade today by HAUS Labs. 😊
