Refresh is truly one of the best salons in the area. The owners, a wonderful husband-and-wife team, are incredibly hardworking, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to their clients. First of all, I like the guy that cut hair, he is really patient and he makes my hair look nice. The only issue I have is with the lady that wash hair. For some reason, my head feels really itchy after she washed my hair. The towel also has this weird smell, I am not sure if the towel are washed properly or it’s not washed as frequently, I hope it’s not..

The best haircut store. Tried so many hair cut places in or around Philly and they are the BEST! We always drive more than 40 mins to get the hair cut here. My whole family gets hair cut here. Highly recommend!

They did such a great job to perm my hair. The lady is very friendly. She gives very enjoyable and relaxing hair wash. Sam is very skilled and fast. I showed a picture and he delivered more than what I expected! My hair looks natural and stylish without effort now.
