SEPHORA at Kohl's

Ran in with the wife to get a last minute birthday gift. Couldn't find all of what we were looking for, while paying for what we did find, the cashier, stopped what she was doing and helped us find the other item. PLUS, she did it with friendliness and kindness. KUDOS to her for making my wife's night. 👏🏽👏🏽👍🏼👍🏼

Associate followed me around the entire Sephora area (mind you it’s a small area) the entire time I was there. Felt very uncomfortable so I just put my stuff back and ordered what I wanted online.

I was very displeased with this store. The advertising was misleading, they didn't have certain things at this Sephora and when I asked the employee where I could receive a better experience, she responded with "the closet one would be to drive to Raleigh but it still would just be a 50/50 chance." I just wasn't pleased with my first experience there at all.

This Sephora absolutely sucked. I can’t even say anything good about this store besides the employee. I was looking for the LYS beauty foundation and they didn’t have it. Actually..they barely had anything to choose from. Ruined my day and messed up my plans. Thanks.

This place needs to recognize that all customers should be treated the same and in a manner that makes you want to return!! Customer service should be a mandate for all staff members. I was unable to get her name but she is currently working at your establishment today. I will make sure to inform everyone about my experience with this person.
