SEPHORA at Kohl's

I went to this location last night and I was treated terribly. The only girl “working” was very rude and dismissive. She was very nice and helpful to a male customer but she ignored me and when I finally got her attention. She acted irritated when I asked her about a specific foundation and told me they didn’t have what I wanted after barely looking. I am a black woman who is a VIB & shop at Sephora REGULARLY. I hope this was and is not a racial issue but I will be reporting this to Sephora corporate bc her actions were so egregious I was appalled. To be treated in such a way is unacceptable. I left after purchasing a concealer I really needed because I didn’t and won’t ever purchase anything there again.

The worst visit I've ever had in any Sephoras in the area. They have 0 awareness of the products. Most unwelcoming place. The associates had their own little world. And when I was ready to purchase, none of them was ever on the counter, waited several minutes as I did not want to look for them as it is isn't my job. Eventually, I left the products on the counter and never looked back.

Sarah scaned a dif compact that was not the one i needed did not even look inside the drawer. Just said she did not have it. Disappointed the one near me does not have my compact. She looks overwhelmed

racially profile their customers when shopping and follow them around pushing then to take a bag from them. can’t even display the prices correctly
