SEPHORA at Kohl's

My daughter was sold a leaking bottle of body spray and we went to return it same day and the chick wouldn’t do the return. We literally had to go to the other Sephora in the mall who gladly exchanged the faulty body spray. Being that their return policy is within 30 days and they take back even used items this made ZERO sense.

Very disappointing that inventory is always low and popular products and colors are always out stock and the makeup artist are zero help. I keep coming back in hopes that it will be a better experience but nope still no help at all. Hopefully everyone that comes to shop knows color theory because you will not receive a bit of help.

What a complete waste of time, I went in the morning and one woman was working and wasn't much help. I asked her to open the draw to see if there was a certain color since everything is not stock. She opens the draw and saya nope sorry. I then decided to put everything back. I drove 30 minutes. What a waste of time.

What an awful shopping experience. No one greets you. I had a handful of items and neither employee asked if I needed help or a cart. Poorly stocked shelves and the sample items are disgusting. Every time I come here it’s the same two women and they’re never cheery/helpful. Not worth my time…I’ll just go to another retailer.

I went to this store for the first time on 2/1 at around 8:10pm. One employee helped me by pointing out a few things I was looking for. I then continued to look around on my own. When i was ready to check out no one was around. I waited at the check out counter for about 5 minutes then left. Never going back. I'll just go to Ulta.
