SEPHORA at Kohl's

Be careful on buying Gift cards, and there customer service is horrible I went and bought a gift card from Sephora to give to my Gf for valentines and there was no money in the card after I spent 250$ I paid cash so my bank couldn’t help me out but just be careful from buying from here.And they also called me a lair saying that I was lying to them what type of customer support is that just a horrible place to buy from in general . 🤮

Sephora was pretty small, but the employee was kind.

Employee clearly saw me looking for something and not once ask if I needed help. Mind you I was the only customer there.

my experience here was just terrible they are all just standing around talking about each other. Melonda was super mean and that’s the manager how could you tell me to try something else and that you couldn’t do a refund so you want to take more of my money than talk me through a product. she also looks like she doesn’t care about her appearance or self in any matter

Went there for my birthday gift and was told by the manager that I had to make a minimum purchase first. I called a different location and was advised that this is not true and that only pertains to online orders. They should ensure they are familiar with sephoras policies ): .
