SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went to Sephora the older woman and older man talked and gossiped the whole time while strolling around the store offering no help or greeting. Kaya was very wonderful, hard worker. Wanted to buy more but was unable to get assistance.

Paulina really helped me out with getting the right shampoo. I detail and work on cars so my hair is always full of motor oil and brake dust, so I needed a shampoo to do it all. She helped educate me on a detox shampoo from Ouai and then Moroccan oil shampoo to moisturize. I never knew a "detox shampoo" existed! So happy to have exactly what I need, and it's all because Paulina's patience and friendliness in listening to my needs. I will be a forever customer now.

One day, I went to this exact Sephora at Kohl’s, I’ve never had problems here, great staff, nice people really think good of them. None whatsoever until the day. I went to go get my gift set for birthday. I showed the lady upfront the gift set for me and the lady said nope this gift set was only available for me unless I buy something. I was in shock. I walked out sadly no gift no nothing. Disappointed.

Ughhh I wish I remembered her name but she was such a sweetheart. She gave amazing service at the register and helped me get my account started. Super beautiful, straight brown hair. lol but I love it here I’ll come back fs. (I was the red head who came in w her bf!)

I was helped by the person behind the register. He was super nice and had awesome make up on. He immediately matched me with the new Makeup forever powder foundation! I was afraid to not be matched right as this was my first time trying this version of the product. The service was fast, friendly and I loved that I was matched perfectly! Thanks!
