SEPHORA at Kohl's

The sales associate Addison went out of her way to get the cologne I requested. She is very professional and courteous and treated me the way a customer should be treated. She deserves a promotion. 🙂

Should realllyyy work on your employees customer service. Any questions I had I got responses as “uh, no we can’t. No we’re out.” So then I asked if I could order from the store and have it sent to my house. “Uh, no we don’t do that here. So you wanna just buy that?” Wanted to assist my needs in no way and had no interest in doing so. The lady was not very nice and clearly just wanted me out of the store so I said no thank you I don’t want any of these items. I will go to another Sephora store. I have never been treated that way at Sephora. I would literally rather make the 30 minute drive to another store than be rushed out and not cared for.

I am happy to have a store close by and employees are nice. But they really need to re-stock items! So many things are out-of-stock and have been for a month, including some popular items. Also not sure why some items don’t have samples out or samples are dried out, making it hard to color match/test.
