Highly recommend a couples massage here! We went for the Lava Shell massage and it was incredible. I had Raja and my husband had Maclen. They made us feel instantly comfortable and kept checking in to make sure we were good. I’ve had several massages and this was the first time I felt that my massage therapist actually listened to my body and breathing. Can’t wait to schedule another and see what other services I can try out. Also want to note how friendly and easy check-in/check-out was. I used some spa finder gift cards and they were so friendly and patient.

I have been going to Serendipity off and on for many years. I get facials and massages. I have never been disappointed. I would recommend their services to anyone. They make scheduling an ease, all of the staff are exceptional and the environment is quiet and calm. Trena did my massage today. Girl, take care of those fingers/hands, they are magic. I booked this massage because I was dealing with extremely painful knots in my shoulders that just would not go away. I was honestly nervous going in because the area was so sensitive, but Tonya immediately put me at ease with their professionalism and knowledge. She is amazing!! She really knew how to work deep without causing unnecessary pain. The pressure was firm, targeted, and effective, and she checked in often to make sure it stayed within my comfort level. Some spots were intense, but I could tell she was actually breaking up the knots instead of just rubbing over them. I have been to Serendipity Wellness Studio for years now, and absolutely love the custom massages with Mac! He asks attentive questions about your preferences and pain points along with checking in throughout the process. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and will be back again!

I would not return here. For the duration of my services I could hear full conversations and laughing in the hallway. I did have a later in the day appointment so I assume staff was getting ready to leave for the day but it was certainly distracting. Therapist was okay but didn’t target the area I requested initially that was giving me the most trouble. Music was played off their cell phone which I thought was odd. The office itself was an interesting setup. There is no front reception desk so I just sat in the waiting room until someone noticed I was there.
