Caleb was super sweet & attentive. You didn’t have to chase him down to ask questions. Found my product and had amazing customer service. Really appreciated him! :)

This store sucks! I purchase my go to lip kit and it was in the wrong spot. Completely wrong color and I went to exchange it and since I misplace my receipt they wouldn’t let me return it. Despite logging into my kohls rewards. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a real Sephora.

Worst customer service from the associate who works at the Sephora counter. Very rude and condescending. He seemed so annoyed to even be there or to answer questions. Do better!

Never has any products whatsoever and the employees who answer are very rude as if what I ask is wrong for product of any kind.. get better it was great when it was sephors jc Penney

Went in to get an item and the guy working there was ridiculously rude to the woman in front of me, for no reason. I put my stuff back and left. Another customer left, as well.
