SEPHORA at Kohl's

Emma was incredible! I’m not someone who normally likes help or asks for it because you never know what you’re gonna get. But Emma quite literally helped me pick out an entire new make up routine (very needed because I have no idea what I’m doing and never ask lol). It was like I was at the store shopping with one of my sisters. She gave me the time to do my own thing, but perfectly checked on me every time I had a question like she somehow knew. Wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me things I didn’t need just genuinely wanted to help me find the makeup I was looking for and she sure did. Thank you so much, Emma.

Quite frankly although I'm very happy they have my makeup at Sephora ,and they've opened a Sephora that's amazing!! I don't find the employees over friendly or over helpful .the whole experience with customer service was definitely on the 1-to 0 side they were more concerned about talking about their lunch what was going on I there life's with each and other people's lives then taking care of the customers ... and I was in line seriously so it wasn't like I was on the other side of the store. Ask me about if I was a member for Sephora I was but I was confused about Kohl's and put my Kohl's number in she wasn't helpful explaining any of that to me so I didn't understand that I was in a wheelchair so I had a very difficult time working the card reader she didn't offer any help with that ju

There is a large selection of products for not being a stand alone store. I had a great experience with an employee as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
