SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went to see if I could be shade matched . Deal with a few cystic acne spots and was hoping to find something with more coverage as I usually don’t wear full coverage but have an event coming up. The older female at the store was beyond rude. She told me I needed to go exfoliate ( I have been at work since 5am and I need to wear a mask) and proceeded to insinuate my skincare routine is not correct. That my skin is dry and I should go address these issues first . I will never shop here again. The way she talked to me is unacceptable. Sephora needs to train their employees a whole lot better. I spend hundreds of dollars with this company a year but I will not be back to this store. Rude customer service. There were two employees standing by the cash wrap and neither of them made an effort to check me out as I approached and said “I’m all set”. The girl at the cash wrap had her back turned to me for at least 2 minutes before realizing that I wanted to make a purchase. No greeting or “have a nice day” during the transaction.

Branford Sephora has the worst customer service of them all. Very unwelcoming attitudes, and the cashier was even staring into my purse as I pulled my wallet out, and put it back away. It’s laughable at this point. Going to ulta instead.

I went in for a new skincare routine and Cris came over to help and she was amazing! She was so thorough about everything and gave me multiple different options and price points, I got everything I needed. I will definitely be going back for all of my makeup needs :)

The only reason why people don’t like this Sephora very much is because you can’t return any items from regular Sephoras here, since it’s connected to Kohl’s. This place is very nice, though! It’s not much smaller than the size of a regular Sephora location. Had most brands and nice workers.
