SEPHORA at Kohl's

I’m so happy they finally have an educated and HELPFUL employee in the store and I don’t have to deal with the usual children who work there, They are so rude and uneducated. I wish she would be able to go to the new full Sephora so I can shop with her for more products, But for now, I’m happy here because I will not be going back to that full Sephora. Thank you Michaela! You were So wonderful and so helpful to me and my young girls.

Why does a Sephora at Kohl’s even exist 🤨 it’s a quarter or less of the store plus you can’t use certain Sephora gift cards and coupon coupons here. Why. Make It make sense. Especially now that they have the full store that opened up in September 2025 in Bozeman right near Whole Foods.

I took my girls to Sephora yesterday, in kohls, the Bozeman location. The lady at the register, was nice, but acted kind of annoyed that I had my younger girls looking around. My girls were so excited to finally have a Sephora close, but our first experience could have been better. I understand it was busy, & I’m sure she was probably overwhelmed. She was prompt & informed us when she had to step away. So, overall, she did a great job. The items we purchased, were the exact ones we had went for, & the selection was excellent! The ladies at the Kohls checkouts were great!! I will definitely be returning, often lol I just have to keep in mind that our old Bozeman vibe, doesn’t exist anymore 😏

Employees are not at all educated on their products. Ive been in 3 times now and any questions ive asked they have looked at me and said “I don’t know” and walked away. No one has offered to figure out anything or ask anyone else. Frustrating because I was so excited to have a Sephora in Bozeman.👎🏻

Denise is wonderful and so so knowledgeable on all the projects the carry the makes the store! :)
