SEPHORA at Kohl's

The absolute worst Sephora I have ever been to by a mile. We have stopped into this place multiple times in the past couple of months and it is unlike any other Sephora in that it is filthy, the staff is disinterested and the inventory is poorly run. Staff stands around while makeup is in disarray, and half ripped open. The woman who appears to be a manager has a rude attitude when asked for something so much so my daughter was afraid to approach her. Willow Grove is worth the drive for us with a superior quality atmosphere, cleans and organized floor and caring staff. Not patronizing this place again.

I was in the store on June 22, please fire the employer at Sephora in this location, they don't look closely at the client, when you call them they don't like it and openly show it. I was there somewhere around 1:15. Asked something or go with questions to stuff it’s our right, because Sephora is not poor store, it’s everything expensive. I love Sephora other locations stuff there’s so kind And helpful girls. But this location is 😖😖😖😖

I lost my receipt with their names on it, but i believe her name was ruby and i believe the guys name was max, they were truly so sweet and helpful. You got a vibe that they wanted to be there and it was so nice meeting them!! They deserve to be recognized for being amazing employees!! 🩷

We were followed around the store the entire time we did our shopping. When my 3 year old asked the woman why she was following us around this grown woman asked my 3 year old if he had a guilty conscience. To which I replied no he's just very observant. This is not the type of treatment anyone deserves especially when spending almost $300 at a place. We will not be coming back.

Kathy helped me today at Sephora and is always so sweet and accommodating. She helped me with some Touchland spray sanitizer Confetti Cake for work, and answered a few questions for me about perfumes. (btw confetti cake smells incredible.) Her smile is respectful. She also has a great and soft sense of humor, and her face is always presentable and professional. Her bright eyes stand out beautifully too and they smile. When she rang me up she oohed and ahhed at my selections. Its just always a great time there with all the professional associates! Thank you Kathy, duhhh you know I will be back. Xoxo
