This was my daughter and mine's first time there and everyone was truly nice to us. They were truly helpful because I had a walker and I walked really slow, but they were patient with me. Anywho, my daughter and I got braids put in by Alexis. She is a really cool person, so I would recommend her if you want braids done. I asked my daughter if she likes the hair salon and she said that she did and frankly I do also, so we found a new place to go.

My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I received a wash, trim, blow-dry, and flat iron, and the results were beautiful. The customer service is truly five stars. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and intimate. The owner sets a great tone for the salon with his professionalism. A special thank you to my stylist, Ms. Tiye Jones—she truly has a gift. Her work was exceptional, and her warm, friendly conversation made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and will continue booking with Tiye. The environment is welcoming and friendly, I'm always greeted with a warm 'Hello'. The shop itself is comfortable, clean and well- kept. The shop owner 'Ab and his employees are heavenly involved with giving back to the community, organizing Christmas toys drives and winter coat drives to help those in need. They definitely deserves a shout out for that. My hair stylist Rickesa Bell is professional accommodating and talented. I'm always receiving compliments on how sleek and neat my hair looks. She does an EXCELLENT job with loc-retwist. I appreciate the steps she takes to ensure that her clients are satisfied and comfortable with her services. She's very engaging with her clients. She asks questions like 'would you like a bun or ponytail?' 'Is this too tight? 'side or middle part? ...etc

It is very refreshing to find a full service hair salon in Bensalem that can serve people of color. Rickesa made me feel comfortable.
