Absolutely disgusted with the attempt of service from one of the Sephora’s workers. Like, if you don’t like your job DONT WORK THERE!!! She was rude, and clearly didn’t want to help me. Then when I’d go ask for help she was so wrapped up in the gossip conversation from her co worker who was busy talking crap about the customers she had to help earlier that day. I was going to pay with my stuff with 2 gift cards and she told me there was no money on both of them, clearly trying to get one over on me. Then she wasn’t going to give them back. Went to another Sephora the next day and surprise there was 100 on each one of my GC. Your employees at this location are trash and will NEVER be going back to that location

Alexis and Elizabeth should get promoted and a pay raise! I walked into this very clean Sephora located inside of Kohl’s in Stroudsburg, PA. Within less than 5 minutes Elizabeth approached me masked up and ready to help! I couldn’t decide on which shade of Nars foundation to purchase and she offered free samples of my narrowed down choices. A returning customer came in asking to speak to Elizabeth and Alexis walked over to me and jumped right in, providing assistance very smoothly. She patiently walked me through the perfumes and colognes, plus explained the differences in selections. These ladies were absolutely amazing with their customer service skills! These days, decent customer service is hard to come by. Absolutely Amazing customer service is as close to winning the lottery. No one

I was just in Sephora kohls. My beauty advisor was Jasmine she was super sweet and kind. She helped me a lot and was so patient.

I walked into Sephora and was kindly greeted by both Nicole and Mimi. Mimi was able to help me find every shade I was looking for and recommended more options similar to what I wanted. Every product I got I am so excited to try. When I checked out, Nicole not only recommended me to use some of my points but she also showed me a travel sized mascara which is also my favorite. The atmosphere in this location is amazing, they don’t make you feel rushed and they make sure to recommend products that look best on you. Thank you so much to both of them for making my day.

I want to thank Nicole and Mimi at the Sephora in Bartonsville Kohls for their time and effort today! When I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile from both girls. I was looking at a Sephora favorites lip set that I wasn’t too sure about buying but Mimi walked me around the entire store and showed me each of the different products to ensure I liked what I was buying. When I got to the register Nicole helped me check out as well as help me pick out a birthday reward which I loved! Both girls also helped me pick out an amazing travel body set to maximize the reward points that I had on my account. Thank you so much for your time and effort girl!
