Cosmo Prof

I can’t say enough good things about my local Cosmoprof, it’s always such a pleasure stopping in, and a huge part of that is thanks to Amanda, Hannah, and Nicole. They’re always so upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely ready to help with whatever I need. They go above and beyond every time I visit, whether it’s making sure I know about the latest deals or staying up-to-date with new product knowledge and industry trends so they can better support stylists like me. It really makes a difference knowing they care about helping us stay current and successful in our careers. They’re also super consistent about keeping the shelves stocked with everything I need, which I appreciate so much. I always leave with what I came for (and usually a little extra, let’s be honest). Be aware. This store can only be shopped at by licensed professionals. After shopping around and ready to check out was then told that I must have a cosmetology license to be able to buy there. There isn’t even a sign in the store stating that the store is only for licensed professionals.

Clean and courteous staff. It's for cosmetology professionals...COSMO PROF. If you don't have a license you shouldn't be practicing in Pennsylvania and have access to professional tools used in salons. That's a liability. Sally's is a great place open to the public if you're looking to buy beauty essentials for yourself.

I always have the best experience at this CosmoProf location. The girls who work there are always so helpful. The shelves are always orderly and typically stocked, unless a shipping delay occurs… by no fault of the staff. Super knowledgeable and patient!

Staff has always been a super friendly and so helpful. Of the two stores I live closest to, I prefer this one simply bc of the staff
