SEPHORA at Kohl's

Had such a great experience at Sephora today! Alondra took her time helping me pick the right shade and explained the products so well. I really appreciate her patience and kindness. Highly recommend her!

Crystal helped me so much trying to find the right shade for my new foundation and concealer to finding lip combos and eyeliner. My makeup knowledge is very limited so I ask a lot of questions and need guidance and I’m normally really scared of going into makeup stores because I have no idea what I’m doing and sometimes the people can be rude and rush me, but Crystal didn’t rush with me at all and was one of the nicest employees I’ve gotten help from in my time going to makeup stores.I definitely recommend going to this one if you need extra help with a nice smile. I literally was in there for so long and kept needing help like the generic annoying customer and felt seen and heard. I usually frequent the Sephora inside the Altamonte Springs Mall mainly because I wasn't aware of this one's existence. I do have to say what a treasure nook! The one lady that was there was very helpful handling multiple customers in one take. I had freedom to roam, which for a neurodivergent, is critical. They open earlier than the one inside the mall, you get the whole store to yourself or maybe 5 others and the staff is super attentive, helpful and really fun. So, win-win-win! In my opinion ☺️ I only fear that this review will only gain traction and it becomes too popular but they deserve the mention.

Angel was so amazing and kind. I was in there for a bit and every conversation I overheard her have with a customer, she was so kind to them and it was so heartwarming. She deserves so much love and greatness !!
