SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went in today and a girl with long black hair was working. She looked right at me and didn’t greet me. Okay, I was in the store for 20 min and she didn’t acknowledge me. After looking her way multiple times I was so annoyed I ended up leaving.

I’m shocked on some of the bad reviews. The girls here are amazing!! I’ve been trying to find my shade for weeks now and both Dera and Angeleka were able to help me find my perfect match ! Isabel was also amazing in answering any questions I had! Sweetest girls ever!!!!

Melissa was absolutely amazing, very nice and helpful. She make this place be amazing.

I had a great experience here over Valentines weekend. So I had to do a return and exchange it was kind of complicated because another local Sephora just completely messed up my transaction. The other location also wasnt helpful. I would say the difference between experiences in both locations was night and day. Algonquin location was far more attentive, kind and helpful. Thank you 🙏 I will gladly drive to Algonquin for a better experience thank you!!!!

I was just at sephora in khols a few days back and had a HORRIBLE experience with an associate named Lian. She was on her phone for the entire time, and didn't assist me in looking for any makeup, she even gave me a dirty look. I'm newly divorced and wanted to feel good for the first time in 30 years and go and buy myself some makeup, and I had a horrible experience. Felt almost as bad as the 30 years with my now ex husband.
