5 Elements Massage Therapy

Okay I’ve been to several massage therapists now and while others have been good, Eric went above and beyond. The thing I found lacking with so many other therapists was hard pressure, a combination of multiple modalities, and coming away actually sore and a little hurting. I’ve found a good massage is more like a work out and is what really provides long term fixes and relaxation. Eric did just that and I truly enjoyed my time with him. Highly recommend him if you want more than just some rubbing with oil and simple relaxation, but are actually looking to deal with problem spots and come away with a true reset.

Being seeing eric for 3 years for back issues and the combination of stretching and massage has really increased my range of motion in the lower back and decreased the pain. Highly recommend if you're in need of a professional massage therapy

Eric is downright amazing. He has the grip strength of a god. You know that scene in Spiderman where Tom Holland holds two halves of a boat together? I think they just had Eric actually do it and cgi Tom in his place. I went in with WEEKS of back pain that would constantly seize up and he massaged out points in my back I didn't even know I had.
