I usually have a hard time in this store because Of the crowds, but I was out of a few things and in the neighborhood and decided to take my chances. I had a great experience and I completely attribute that to that Vi who was incredibly helpful In finding what I needed and making some new suggestions. I took those suggestions and I am incredibly happy and will be heading back looking for her.

The staff is very rude here. I walk in and several of the staff just stared at me, no greeting, did not ask if I needed help, and completely ignored me.They were in the middle of having conversations amongst themselves and did not acknowledge me at all. Definitely no a friendly vibe.

Johanna was so helpful. She helped my friend match the most perfect filter looking foundation and helped me find a sunscreen with the prettiest glow. She was easy to talk to and very welcoming. One of my best experiences at Sephora.

I came here because I needed makeup done for a wedding. I was searching like crazy for a place to go and get it done and decided on Sephora in Clarendon. I’m so glad I did. Imani did a phenomenal job on me and she is so pleasant and professional! I am obsessed! 😍 I took lots of photos of myself, including these two. I received plenty of compliments. The next time I need to get my makeup done, I know where to go and who to go to. Thank you Imani!

I have been to this Sephora several times and the service is always rude / unhelpful. On my most recent visit, the store had “closed” before closing time. Would recommend visiting any other location.
