I was in the market for a hot tub and had been mainly checking Costco, but I’m glad I came across Sensible Spas on Facebook. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me toward the AquaTerra Del Mar, a plug-and-play model that’s also sold at Costco. They explained features I didn’t even know about—like the diverter valve that lets you concentrate jet power on one side, which is perfect since it’s usually just me using it. What really sets Sensible Spas apart from Costco is the full-service experience. They handle delivery, setup, and a full walkthrough of how to use and maintain the tub. Sensible spas came highly recommended from an individual who works in the hotub business. Working with Debbie was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable, patient and low-key. No sales pressure here! Once we decided our purchase, Bill helped with all the logistics, including finding a crane co to lift the tub into our SF yard. Quite an undertaking, but all went flawlessly. Our hot tub was ready for use the same day. Very grateful to have found them and highly recommend!!

Sensible Spas is amazing! After buying our first hot tub from them in 2020, we loved it so much we upgraded and bought a second larger hot tub this year. Great business. Agreed to meet me despite they were closed to purchase a hot tub cover. Friendly with a great price and lots of items in stock. Drove an hour to get there but will be going back for all my hot tub needs. Hard to find honest , friendly business owners like this these days.
