Sense Nail Bar

I had the most amazing fall nails done at the Sense Nail Bar. This was my first time visiting and the staff was friendly, Julie did my nails exactly like I had shown her and I am super happy with how they turned out.

Today my mother and I received pedicure services from Rachel and Julie. They were professional and very accommodating. Rachel was so gentle with my mom; she fell asleep in the massage chair. Thank you ladies!

I had a very disappointing experience. I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment, and the staff immediately told me they would not provide the service because I was “late.” What made it worse is that there were no other customers waiting, yet they still refused to accommodate me. The behavior came across as very rude and unprofessional. I truly expected better customer service.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! They are under new ownership now. Every single technician is does an excellent job. They are so kindhearted as well! I was just in there and a woman came in who obviously had a lot on her plate and was taking it out on them and I actually stepped in and had to say something because it was just not right. She had messed up one of her nails from the day before and just walked in an expected to jump in front of a young girl who was with her Mom who had a scheduled appointment. This woman was yelling at them saying this is terrible customer service! Unacceptable behavior and I let her know. So just in case she something negative on here DO. NOT BELIEVE IT!! Just go and see for yourself! Sweet and highly qualified technicians!!
