Senkou Hair Braiding

I recently visited Senkou African Hair Braiding, and I have to say, I was really pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted, which I appreciated. I opted for box braids, and I was amazed at how quickly and skillfully they worked. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. It didn’t take long at all, and I was really happy with the final look. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive, and I loved how they offer a variety of styles to choose from. Plus, they use good products that left my hair feeling healthy. They are rude and mean with horrible customer service. Do not go here!! They scammed me out of $300 saying they can do knotless bohemian braids and clearly they cannot.I went home and checked my hair all throughout and it was a mess!!! I asked for a partial refund the next day and they only refunded me $50. I should have fully checked my hair before paying and leaving. It was late after 10p when they got done so I was trying to get get out of there. Lesson learned. Never again. Horrible customer service horrible braiding .

I’ve been going to Senkou for years and they never disappointed me once I specifically go to Fanta or her daughter all the other braiders aren’t bad either but they usually know what o want and how I want it I love Senkou African hair braiding !

I loved the service they were very nice and had amazing customer service and I had a very pleasant experience, the style I wanted warranted extensions it was box braids but 4 of them fell out after less than 12 hours in my bonnet after I woke up, no hate to the store whatsoever but when I asked about a refund they said they couldn’t do it but they’d redo it and it’s an hour drive away from me and didn’t wanna waste another 5 hours of one of my days for the work i ended up receiving, and I completely understand if my hair was too short for box braids but I wish I was told that before instead of them just jumping into it, would recommend this place for box braids and everything braids the atmosphere is amazing and they’re very nice people I’m just a little upset I spent 200 dollars including

The shop is dirty and unsanitary. Overpriced for a kid hairstyle.
