As a breast cancer survivor who had lymph nodes removed in the armpit, I will navigate the risk of lymphedema in that arm for the rest of my life. I've unfortunately been experiencing some light swelling and heaviness in the arm, and was happy to find someone right here in Ypsi with manual lymphatic drainage massage experience (which really helps)! I started with a 30 minute massage mostly focusing on the upper body, upgraded to a full body drainage massage on my last visit and WOW. I left feeling like a million bucks and a hundred pounds lighter. I have my next massage booked and would recommend Starlet to anyone in search of compassionate relief and respite!

5 STARS! I went to see Starlet after being diagnosed with lupus in December. I told her about my widespread pain and crappy feeling. She used the PERFECT pressure on my body - not so light that it didn’t help, and also not so deep that it hurt. It was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be going back once a month!

I’ve been to Starlet Therapies twice now for lymphatic drainage massages to help with long Covid swelling complications. Both visits were professional, personable, and very relaxing. Even better, it has definitely helped with a lot of the pain I’ve been experiencing and has helped me live my day to day life better even under difficult medical circumstances. I will be returning again.

Not only are the massages relaxing, Starlet is truly a master at personalizing each massage appointment to cater to the specific needs/aches/pains/strains. She remembers her clients and their areas of concern from visit to visit. I’ve had so much discomfort in my shoulder for months that I worried was something more serious but just one session with Starlet has made a world of difference. I cannot recommend her enough!
