The owner seemed nice, lady doing my hair didn’t speak a word to me but I’m assuming just because of language barrier so that’s ok but a smile would’ve sufficed. I asked for a blow out and I got my hair straightened. Don’t get me wrong it was very well done pin straight I loved it just not what I wanted. Also did use excessive heat

I will never return to this place she basically fried my hair off and put unnecessary heat on my hair after I left it felt so gummy and it keeps breaking off, she got the color right but my roots are so bad, spotty,splotchy. She dried my hair while it still had some bleach and it made it really crispy and when I let her know if my hair is supposed to feel gummy she said it was normal

horrible serivce had to pay 400 dollar for something i didn’t ask for never coming here again
