Shelley has absolutely created a unique brand for herself. She is extremely professional, clean, and her attention to detail on doing lashes is out of this world. I have seen other lash artists in the past, and Shelley far surpasses the services I received from them. Shelley is the most fantastic lash artist, and she is also the most extraordinary human ever! Every time I leave her studio, I feel uplifted, powerful, and most of all, beautiful - inside and out!

Shelley Swendsen is truly talented at doing lash extensions. She does a beautiful job, they ALWAYS look natural and not over done-even IF you like tons of lashes. They are long wearing and the price is right in line with other places I have used. She has best practices in place for for health and safety and her salon is clean and inviting, which I find important since I am receiving a service that involves my eyes! She also does brows which are always on point. What differentiates Self Image Beauty from other lash studios is Shelley herself. You will not find a more genuine, kind, receiving soul than Shelley. She has a light touch and cares about EVERY one of her clients. ❤️ My daughter and I and both clients of Self Image Beauty and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My lashes ALWAYS feel beautiful and make my eyes pop. I have gone to multiple people to get that perfect lash but Shelley spends extra time doing multiple lengths and whatever else she does to make you feel confident. She also makes you feel beautiful while she is doing them with calming music and even some little therapy sessions. She is seriously the best!

I am so proud and happy to have taken 2 Eyelash courses with Shelley! She is such a kind soul, who sincerely wants the best for her students and wants them to be successful! She took the time to really make sure that I had all the right tools and knowledge to feel confident in what I was doing. Nothing was rushed and I genuinely felt like she cared about me!
