Master Mind Massage

My session with Jeremy was just absolutely what my sore muscles needed. He paid close attention to how my tissues were responding and adjusted his pressure accordingly. It was wonderfully thorough and I felt so loose afterward. I was sore the next day as would be expected but with some movement and hydration I felt so amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and you can sense he cares about his clients and their outcomes. Highly recommend

Jeremy is the best bodywork/massage therapist I’ve ever been to. He has a deep understanding of how the body moves and know to relieve tension and pain. I had chronic back pain and SI joint pain for about 10 years and it completely disappeared after seeing Jeremy regularly. I’ve never felt better and can do all the activities I love pain free.

Jeremy is an incredible therapist. I highly recommend his massage service! He is highly trained and it shows in his work. He takes the time to introduce touch to the area before going in for the deeper massage (which I was very grateful for, as someone who doesn't get body work often). He was very receptive to feedback about pressure. Nearly 24 hours after my session and I can share that my sleep was markedly improved, and my body doesn't feel as jittery or anxious today - something I've been struggling with for a while. I also like that Jeremy explained some of the mechanics behind the work and made a few recommendations to help with some of my trouble spots - ongoing care, if you will. Excellent experience!!
