I love fide, she's the best! She literally has magic hands! And her costumer service is exceptional. I wish I had met her long time ago since I'm very picky when it comes to my hair and with her I can trust it blindfolded!

The worst kind of place of your looking for a professional. Not only do they make you wait a long time and attend other people while there working with you the owner of this place is not responsible. I had a appointment with her at 10 am and she didn’t open her store till 11 am . She had me waiting a hour for her when I called to tell her when she’s available since she made me wait today and never showed she tried saying she go there at 10.15 . I told her she’s giving false information and she’s lying because I was there waiting till 11 am and she just said “oh ok” not apologizing for how unprofessional that is .
