I’ve been coming to Secret Eyelash in Manhattan for about three to four years now and have been a consistent, loyal customer. Overall, my experiences with the actual service have been good, which is why I continued to return. However, during my most recent visit, I had misplaced my debit card and asked if I could send payment via Zelle. I understand that they have a one-time Zelle exception policy, and I had used it once before. When I politely asked if they could make another exception given that I’ve been a loyal client for years, I was told no without any flexibility or consideration. While businesses have policies, customer loyalty should matter. After years of supporting this establishment, the lack of accommodation felt disappointing and dismissive. I have been going here for years. Even though I get a new tech each time, it’s a consistent, lovely experience each time. They have a makeup removal station, which is incredibly thoughtful, but I do recommend coming with clean lashes. Today I had Jay, and he did a great job! The receptionist is always so lovely and efficient running the place, and I was taken in right away for my appointment. I absolutely adore this place, and I am for sure a lifetime customer. Only place I will trust with my lashes. Great work, experience, and quality!

I’ve had three other good experiences at secret eye lash recommended highly by a friend. However most recently I went to get my eye lashes done for my honeymoon and the experience itself was more irritating to my eyes, then when I got home the lashes looked less evenly spread out to the corner and now they are falling off on mass within a week whereas the previous set last almost 5-6 weeks with the same care protocol. I’ll think twice to come here again and invest.

I've been coming here for over a year now as it's convenient to my office. I love how simple it is to book online. The results are consistent even though you get a random technician every time (unless you call and ask for a specific one) I have always been satisfied with my lashes and technician, there has been a time or 2 where I've gotten a heavy handed tech and I've just asked the front desk not to put that person with me again, they are accommodating. This is the cheapest lash place of decent quality in this area.

Came all the way from Bayonne to come visit bc one of my clients recommended! They’re great and so quick. I honestly had no idea what i wanted & the receptionist was a big help. I’m used to private rooms so it was a little weird for me bc I’m a snorer (yes embarrassing). But honestly like who cannot fall asleep to relaxing music played in the background. The total was $112 including tip. I’ve gotten the 120 lashes per eye & also a lash soak off. I was so tired of Jersey prices i went to Edison & it was $180 and my lashes were falling out the next week. So far is been 4 days but i have not seen one lash fall out.
