After 3 decades of going to the same barber shop from Philadelphia, I finally found a local one from West Chester that I can say will be the new place to get haircut. I am honored to hear Tammy’s story and along the way, I learned that she founded the business to give back to the community which is rare. STUDENTS, CHILDREN AND SENIORS have special pricing for only $15……. You heard that right, $15!!! Also, she is allowing local artist hang their creations so that they can be scene by the community as well. There is no other place that offers that. Additionally, you are not just treated as a customer, but Tammy made me feel like we had known each other for years. So stop wasting time going to other places and head to SECOND CHANCES

Second Chance Cuts - a New Salon in WC. Place was clean & very comfortable & has a nice massage chair in the back to enjoy while you wait. Justin Cunningham loves the way they do his "fade" & beard trim. The owner Tammy wants to create an atmosphere of community inclusiveness & affordability. She invites small local artists & vendors into her space. Mentioned as she grows, she'll be looking to hire stylists who need flexibility ( no book required). She's a widow with 4 kids & took a big step to starting her own business. I'm so happy to share & support a local small business! Stated she'll be taking "Ram" bucks soon too!!!

A hidden gem! Tammy was fantastic with both my little girls! She was patient and clearly knows her stuff. I couldn’t believe the prices. She’s absolutely worth traveling for! She also offers temporary spray colors, lollipops, and toys for kids. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My son Darryl (5 ASD) Got his haircut today. Tammy was patient and Understanding! Really took her time and allowed Darryl to simply be himself. We thank you ❤️
